ideal image

An ideal image is an inner image that is artificially constructed and therefore unreal.
Unhappiness and lack of self-confidence are here interconnected.

Although the ideal image has been developed to boost your lack of self-confidence, this is counterproductive in your life.

First, you can never respond to your ideal image, with the result that your self-confidence will become new dents.
Secondly, you give that a sense of guilt, because you know unconsciously that you are unreal. Shame arises because you pretend to be something you are not.

Because this process does not take place consciously, you always prove yourself again. You also need appreciation from others to boost your lack of self-confidence, which makes you very dependent and increases your self loss.

This creates a mask, an artificial personality that is built up and that holds the outside world as if it were the real you. Often you do not know this yourself anymore, because you also mix artificial emotions in it, to make your mask seem real. The ideal image governs this masquerade that you have to do better than you really are.

In addition, there is a continuous climate of criticism of yourself, it is never good or enough what you do and are, always more and better. This is difficult to bear, so you are going to blame the world or the other person. Then there is the disappointment that this system is not working and the shame about it. You do not want to become aware of that, because that is too intense until you find yourself in a situation where you succumb to this burden.

Ultimately, you have to continuously prove yourself and you can not be persevering, you get tired of it, sick, depressed, miserable. A personal crisis is usually based more on this than on external circumstances. Look at your ideal image in fear and depression, in the way that it tyrannises you.

So you have to solve the ideal image to find your real self, but often you will immediately encounter resistance, because your real self is not as perfect as your ideal image. However, perfection does not exist and the reality is that you are imperfect.
The best is to accept this reality, that you are as you are with all your imperfections, that gives peace and peace to yourself and gives you the space to get further into the reality of yourself.

Cosmic - and earth energy

                                         Cosmic and earth energy

As a human being you live on earth energy and cosmic energy.
There must be a balance between earth - and cosmic energy.
This happens because they get mixed in your core (in your belly)
Earth energy goes up from the earth and cosmic energy goes from top to bottem.
In human beings, the earth energy flows from the feet upwards and the cosmic energy goes down through the crown.
The backbone is the channel through which both energies flow.
The core contains the cosmic energy. The core captures this via the etheric body (a fine network)

Earth energy, which has a high voltage, then connects with the weak current of the cosmic energy.
Through the heat development that arises from this you get an "illumination", which is called aura.
This is a continuous proces of transformation, so that life is infinite growth and change.

The life stream is created from the connection of earth energy with cosmic energy. In other words, there is a positive (+) and a negative (-) energy, that connects. This creates a field af tension on earth, the electromagnetic field. This magnetic force binds us on earth.

In origin everything is cosmic energy.
Once there was TAO, an unimaginable completeness.
According to tradition, this total is divided into the largest and smallest parts, each of which carries the TAO.

Earth energy is transformed cosmic energy, very  long ago.
This energy has become heavier in the course of time; the effect of this is gravity.
The cosmic energy that comes to us must therefore be transformed over and over again, so life here on earth is to continue to grow and change.
The transformation takes place via earth energy.
If there are no proper transformations, blockades occur.
This causes illnesses.

Time

In the state of consciousness, time means that you experience reality as a succession in past - presence - future. You rush from the birth to the end.

You often notice that in the present you usually living in the past, or you are eager to play with the future (how would it be if..., how is it going to be)

By sticking in the past, of being in the future, you flee the present, in this way you do not live in the reality of the here and now of yourself.
This creates a split in yourself.
This is actually an illusion of a self - created reality.
From there you view the world around you and you react to the events that happen to you. And in those events you also have the hand, because you evoke it from your own world in which you live. You pull them like a magnet towards you.

Living in that self - created reality you meet another who lives in his own self - created world, with his desires, convictions and images about how the world works, or how the other should be. When you meet each other, you don not know how the reality of the other person actually is, because you do not know it about yourself, which leads to misunderstandings.

If time is an illusion, a product of your own creative mind, then what is reality?
I think, that if you are in completely truth with yourself (however imperfect), you can be in the here and now and you can experience that the future is an extension of the Now, an experience of timelessness.
In this way you can meditate to the conciousness of an absolute reality which you are in essence part of it.

Imaging timelessness when you let go of the lineair principle and embracing endlessness in high, depth and width.
If for example you take a second and bounce one second in succession, not only consecutively but also in high, depth and width, then there is no more time, but space and endlessness, an All - Time.

From science there are also discoveries that time is not a fixed thing and is not real. Literally it has been observed that the time will run slower if we (spacecraft) leave the earth (time dilation).
Einstein has demonstrated with his theory of relativity that time and space are relative.

Through consciousness expansion in meditation we can come apart from time.
In this way we don't have to be trapped in time for ever with the consequence of reincarnating again and again in a timestream of illusionary reality.
To come apart from time, being well grounded in the time dimension wherein you live is also important. Only then you can take a conscious step towards the transition to another dimension.

Metaphors and symbols

Metaphors generally operate on an unconscious level, in the space between conscious and unconscious processes and contain the essence of personal experience.

If you pay attention to it, you get deeper into your level of experience: the way you think, the patterns that control your life, in fact how you shape your world.

The questions in the coaching are done in the present tense to bring the metaphors to life.
The basis is that everyone already has his own wisdom.

Metaphors can be verbal and non-verbal.
You can make the process of the metaphor landscape literally visible by depicting it in space or in a drawing.

A metaphor points to the underlying structure of your thinking and behavioral patterns.
By asking the right questions, focused on the unfolding process of symbolism, the inner landscape becomes alive and you learn to know yourself better, the inner world from which you think and act.

A metaphor expresses what you can not express with words, but expresses exactly what happens to your inner self.
A metaphor often comes after:
"It is as if .... It is equal to .... It brings me into a state of ... .. like ....

If the metaphorical landscape starts to change, your view of the world and your actions will change to the outside world as well. For example, someone who sees his work as a struggle of winning or losing can change in someone who will see his work as a symphony orchestra with which he participates as a member.

Metaphors can give more insight, but can also keep things out of sight. They can give you strength or weaken you. To help improve vision, you can work with the symbols that give a metaphor shape.
Symbols are always nouns.
You isolate certain symbol words in a sentence and with questions you give these words attributes, such as a color, a shape, a name, a place, which function and you ask how the relationship between the symbols are. The symbols then develop and a metaphor landscape automatically arises.

Important in working in a metaphorical landscape is asking:

"What would you like to have in your life." Even if someone with a problem comes, first ask for the desired outcome.
If you do not do this, you can get stuck in a problem.

Knowing what someone wants to achieve gives you a grip, a line to stick to and return to. Because if you are working on the desired outcome, the obstacles that are hindering work will automatically emerge.
